ORYKSA AI Help Center

Sign in with Apple

Use your Apple ID to sign up or log in to ORYKSA: no password to remember, and Apple can hide your real email if you prefer.

What it is

Sign in with Apple is a one-click authentication option on the ORYKSA login screen. It uses your existing Apple ID (the same one you use on your iPhone or Mac) to create or access your ORYKSA account. Apple manages the authentication on its servers: ORYKSA never sees your Apple password.

How to use it

  1. Go to app.oryksa.com/login.
  2. Click Continue with Apple.
  3. You'll be sent to Apple's sign-in page. Enter your Apple ID and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your password.
  4. Choose whether to share your real email or use Apple's Hide My Email relay address.
  5. Apple sends you back to ORYKSA logged in. If it's your first time, you start a 7-day free trial automatically.

Hide My Email

If you tick Hide My Email during the first sign-in, Apple gives ORYKSA a private relay address (e.g. [email protected]). All emails ORYKSA sends to that address are forwarded by Apple to your real inbox. You can stop the relay at any time in Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.

Note: if you change Apple's relay setting later, your ORYKSA account is still linked through the underlying Apple ID, not the email: your account is not lost.

Connecting Apple to an existing ORYKSA account

If you already have an ORYKSA account created with email/password, signing in with Apple using the same email automatically links the two: next time you can log in with either method.

Troubleshooting

  • "Apple Sign In not configured": the workspace administrator hasn't finished the setup. Contact your admin or use email/Google.
  • "Invalid state": the login flow took too long. Just click Continue with Apple again.
  • Email looks like [email protected]: Apple didn't share an email and ORYKSA generated a placeholder. You can edit the email in your profile to receive notifications normally.

Privacy

ORYKSA stores only the unique Apple subject ID (a stable hash) and the email Apple chose to share. We never request additional scopes such as photos, contacts or device data.
