Notifications: choose what you get by email, SMS and push
Turn the channels on, pick the alerts for each one and see what they cost
In Account → Notifications you choose how ORYKSA tells you things, and about what. The choices are the same everywhere: in the panel, in Chat mode, in the Windows app, in the browser extensions and in the phone app. What you change in one place changes in all of them.
The three channels
- Email: goes to your account's email.
- Push: shows in the app, the browser and the extensions where you are signed in. Allow notifications on that device.
- SMS: goes to the number you enter, with the country code (for example +447700900123).
The alerts you can choose
- A contact sent a message (email and push): when someone writes to you on WhatsApp, the website chat, the API or Telegram. Messages arrive grouped: at most one alert every 5 minutes.
- Meeting or booking scheduled (email and push).
- The AI reached a goal (email, push and SMS): for example a new lead or a sign-up.
- Sale (email, push and SMS): sales in your connected stores and those reported through the API.
- Calendar reminder: by email and push 30 minutes before and at the time; by SMS only at the time.
- The AI or a channel went offline (SMS): for example when WhatsApp disconnects. The push alert for this case always stays on and uses no credits.
What they cost
Each alert sent by email, SMS or push uses 1 credit. The bell inside the panel is free and always shows everything. The usage appears in your statement as "Notifications (email, SMS, push)". Without credits, email, SMS and push alerts stop and the bell keeps working. Account notices (payments, security and credits) always arrive and cost nothing.
Ask ORYKSA
You can also ask by voice or in writing, for example: "turn off sales emails", "turn on SMS reminders to +447700900123" or "which alerts am I getting?". ORYKSA changes them at once and shows you the choices inside the conversation.
How it starts
Push starts on for meetings and bookings, goals, sales and reminders. Email and SMS start off until you turn them on. Alerts for messages from contacts start off on every channel.
SMS in the US and Canada: these numbers cannot receive SMS yet while we finish the registration the carriers require.
