Payment methods accepted

ORYKSA AI uses Stripe as the payment processor. The exact methods shown at checkout depend on your billing country: Stripe auto-detects and offers what makes sense locally.

Always available:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- 3D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication) is enforced where required.

Often available (depending on country):
- SEPA Direct Debit (eurozone).
- iDEAL (Netherlands).
- Bancontact (Belgium).
- Apple Pay / Google Pay if your browser supports it.
- Multibanco (Portugal).

Not accepted directly:
- Crypto, MB Way standalone, PIX, cash transfers.
- For exotic methods, contact support and we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.

Multiple cards: you can save more than one card in the Stripe portal and choose the default. The portal is opened from Billing → Manage payment method.

Failed charges: if a renewal fails, Stripe retries up to 4 times over a week and you receive emails. Update the card in the portal at any moment to recover.
