How to delete your ORYKSA account

You can delete your ORYKSA account at any time, in the app or on the web.

In the ORYKSA app

1. Open your account Settings.
2. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm with your password or with the code we email you.

On the web

1. Sign in at app.oryksa.com and open Account.
2. In the Delete account section, click Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We confirm it is you and delete the account.

What happens next

• The account is deactivated at once and you are signed out of every device.
• Your personal data, contacts, conversations, activities and uploaded files are permanently deleted after 30 days.
• We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.
