Import WhatsApp history for context

By default, ORYKSA AI only sees messages exchanged after it was connected. The Import WhatsApp history toggle lets it read up to 10 messages from the last 48 hours when a contact you've already chatted with messages you for the first time inside the AI window.

How to enable

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Find the Import WhatsApp history toggle (default OFF).
3. Switch it ON.

What the AI can do with the history

• Greet the client by their name if they introduced themselves before.
• Continue the conversation in context (no need to ask the same question again).
• Reference what was previously discussed (price, schedule, service).

Privacy

The toggle is OFF by default. The AI only reads the last 10 messages from the past 48 hours: older content is ignored. Turn it OFF whenever you want to keep new conversations isolated from history.
