Discount coupons

Coupons let you reduce the price of an ORYKSA AI subscription. They are entered on the checkout page when picking a plan.

Types of coupons:
- Percent: e.g. 20% off the first month or first year.
- Fixed: e.g. €5 off the next invoice.
- Free period: e.g. 30 extra trial days on top of the standard 7.

How to apply:
1. Pick a plan on the Billing page (https://app.oryksa.com/billing).
2. On the checkout screen, find the 'Have a coupon?' field.
3. Type the code and click Apply. The price updates if the coupon is valid.
4. Confirm the order: the discount stays for the period defined by the coupon.

Notes:
- Each coupon may have an expiry date and a usage limit.
- Most coupons are single-use per account.
- Coupons cannot be combined with each other.
- If your code does not work, double-check spelling and ask the team via support if you got it directly from us.
