Do you use my data to train the AI? Is it private?

No. Your conversations are used only to reply, never to train AI models - and only you can see them.

No, ORYKSA does not use your conversations to train AI models.

Your customers messages are processed only to generate replies in the moment and to run the features you enabled (scheduling, etc.). They are never used to train models.

Who can see the conversations? Only you. In the Activities screen, conversation content stays hidden until you turn it on ("Accept and show"), and you can hide it again at any time - useful if you share the account with a member of staff. The dashboard shows only a recent window of messages.

Security: data is isolated per account, secrets are encrypted at rest, and the connection uses HTTPS. We recommend connecting a dedicated business number (WhatsApp Business), not your personal one.
