Country and timezone

Why country and timezone matter for the AI: booking times, language defaults, currency hints.

On the Profile page you set your country and timezone. The AI uses these in three ways:

1) Times in conversation: when the AI says 'tomorrow at 14:00', it means 14:00 in your timezone, not the customer's. If your client is in another timezone the AI clarifies (e.g. '14:00 Lisbon time').

2) Availability slots interpretation: the start/end times you defined under Brain → Availability are interpreted in your timezone. Booking summaries also use it.

3) Default language guess: country influences which language the AI defaults to when the customer's language is unclear (PT for Portugal/Brazil, ES for Spain/LATAM, EN otherwise).

Currency: the country does NOT auto-set currency: products in Brain → Products keep the currency you choose per product. Use that for accuracy across regions.

Tip: when you travel, you don't need to change the timezone: the AI keeps replying based on your business location. If your business actually moved cities, do update.
