Adding the website chat widget

Put the ORYKSA chat on your website so visitors talk to your AI employee.

How to add it
- Any website: in the dashboard open Connectors > Website chat, copy the code and paste it just before </body>.
- WordPress: install the ORYKSA plugin (see Connecting WordPress).
- Shopify: install the ORYKSA app and switch on ORYKSA chat in the theme's App embeds (see Shopify: install the ORYKSA app).
- Building the site with an AI coding tool: the ORYKSA MCP adds it for you (see ORYKSA AI Employees MCP).

What visitors get
- Answers in their language, by text or voice, based on your Brain and your website content.
- The chat moves aside by itself so it never covers important information, like a product's price or buy button.
- Visitors can drag the chat anywhere on the page. Double-click its top bar to put it back in its place.
- On online stores ORYKSA opens product pages, adds products to the cart and takes the shopper to checkout.

What you get
- Every conversation shows up in Activities, in any language. Open it and reply live; the AI pauses for that visitor while you talk.
- Alerts for sales and bookings made through the chat.
- The Dashboard card shows Live on your site when the chat was seen on your site in the last 7 days.
- New versions of the chat reach your site automatically: you never need to change the code again.

How the chat looks
- In Connectors > Website chat you pick the side (right or left), the theme (light or dark) and the main colour, with a live preview. Everything saves by itself and applies on your site without changing the code. Reset returns to the ORYKSA look.
- You also choose whether visitors can drag the chat on a computer.
- Website on WordPress, or a store on WooCommerce, Shopify or Nuvemshop? Use our plugins and apps: they install the chat with no code.
