Conversations, reviews and settings inside your kit
The ORYKSA screens of every kit, and where each thing is really changed.
Conversations. The list is your account's real one. The first time, the kit asks you to allow showing the conversations (a choice of yours, reversible in the panel). "Needs you" marks the ones waiting for an answer: the AI did not reply, or you paused her for that person. Open a conversation to read it and answer yourself; your reply pauses the AI for that person for a while. The switch on each conversation turns the AI on or off for that contact. The trash icon deletes the conversation from your account.
Reviews. The screen shows the Google reviews of your business, read from your Google Business Profile: the average, the distribution by stars and the latest reviews. If you did not give your Google profile in the onboarding, type the name of the business and the city (or paste the Google Maps link) and press the button. Replies to reviews are written on Google: the "Reply" button opens your profile in a new tab.
Settings. Your name and picture are your account's profile (changing them here changes them everywhere). Notifications: which channel (email, SMS, push) and which events; each alert sent costs one credit, the bell in the panel is free. Billing details are saved to your profile. Sign-in methods, password, email change, two-step verification and deleting the account open the account page, where those steps run securely.
Connectors list the channels of your kit with their real status; connecting one opens its real page (QR code, sign-in). Billing shows your plan and your usage; buying and changing plans open the billing page.
