What your AI books lands in your kit

Your AI books things in conversations: a table, an appointment, a viewing, a consultation. Each one enters the list of your kit by itself, marked as made by the AI, with the person's name, phone, date, time and words.

What goes where. Restaurants and hotels: Reservations. Salons, beauty, clinics and vets: Agenda (appointments). Gyms: Trials. Workshops: Bookings. Real estate and construction: Visits. Consultancies: Meetings. Events and law firms: Leads. Logistics: Quotes. Schools: Enquiries. Tourism and car rental: Bookings. Online stores receive their orders from the shop itself, not from here.

Pending, until you complete it. The AI cannot know what only you decide: the table or the room, the staff member, the service, the car group, the pet's file. The record arrives pending with those fields empty; open it, fill them in and confirm. From then on it is yours: edit it, move it or cancel it, and the AI will not bring it back.

Teach the AI with the Brain. Everything you write in the kit's Brain (hours, prices, policies, your Q&A) reaches her in the next conversation, so what she books gets more precise over time.

One tip. Keep the "booking" ability on in Your AI; if it is off, she only takes note and tells you.
