ORYKSA AI Help Center

What the ORYKSA SDKs do (and what they are not)

The SDKs put your AI employee inside your own app to serve YOUR customers: chat and voice, answers, sales and bookings. They are not a control panel for the owner.

The ORYKSA SDKs (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, JavaScript and .NET) add to your own app the same chat bubble that ORYKSA puts on websites and online stores: your AI employee, with the name, photo and voice you chose in Your AI, talking to the customers of your business inside your app.

What the SDK does

  • Opens a chat bubble and a voice screen in your app, in the customer's language, with text and voice (the same voice behaviour as the ORYKSA app: she speaks first when it makes sense, you can interrupt her by talking, short spoken replies).
  • Answers with your Brain (knowledge, documents, website), your products and your services.
  • Sells and books: what the customer buys or schedules goes to Activities (leads, bookings, sales) in your ORYKSA account, like WhatsApp or the website chat.
  • Knows where the customer is in your app: your app sends the current screen (product, page, cart) and the AI answers about it.

What the SDK is not

  • It is not an interface for the owner. Nobody can change your settings, read your Activities, list your leads or give orders to ORYKSA through the SDK, even if they say they are the owner. The AI answers customers only.
  • The chat where you, the owner, talk to ORYKSA about your business exists only in the official ORYKSA app, the dashboard and the browser extension.

Keys and security

  • The SDK uses short-lived client session keys created by your server with your API key. The secret key never goes inside the app.
  • Everything a customer says stays in your ORYKSA account, encrypted at rest, and counts as interactions like any other channel.
