ORY ID: your AI employee's permanent identity

Every AI employee created on ORYKSA receives an ORY ID: a permanent, unique identifier in the format ORY-G1-XXXXXX-HU. Think of it as the ID card of your AI employee. Each ORYKSA account has one AI employee, so one ORY ID.

Where to find it
Open Profile (your AI employee's page). The ORY ID card shows the identifier, the creation date and the fingerprint of its public key. Use the copy button to share the ORY ID with partners or other systems.

What it is used for
- Identifying your AI employee without ambiguity, on every channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, website widget, phone, Alexa, browser extension, mobile app).
- Signing what your AI employee says to other agents: each ORY ID has its own Ed25519 key pair. The private key never leaves ORYKSA and is stored encrypted; the public key lets anyone verify a signature.
- Agent-to-agent conversations (A2A): when two ORYKSA AI employees talk to each other, the ORY ID is how they recognise and verify one another. See the article "Agent-to-agent calls (A2A)".

Security and privacy
- The ORY ID is permanent and is never reassigned to another account, even after deletion.
- If you delete your account, the identity is archived (not reused), to comply with GDPR and keep past signatures verifiable.
- The private key is only reachable by ORYKSA administrators through the agent repository, never through the normal interface or the API.

Frequently asked
- Can I change my ORY ID? No. It is generated once and stays with the AI employee for life.
- Do I need to do anything? No. The ORY ID is created automatically. You only need it when a partner or a system asks for it.

The public verification page (id.oryksa.com)
Every AI employee has a public page at id.oryksa.com/<ORY ID>, for example id.oryksa.com/ORY-G1-XXXXXX-HU. It is there to verify the AI's identity and give transparency to anyone who talks to it. It shows the name and photo, the ORY ID, the date of birth, the gender, the country, the languages it speaks, the person or company it works for and the ORYKSA credential, checked on the spot.
- Anyone can talk to your AI as a customer from that page and share it on social networks, with its photo and details.
- The search at id.oryksa.com only shows a result for the full ORY ID, the exact e-mail or the full company name. There are no lists of agents.
- Your e-mail never appears on the public page.
- The page's legal notice says the AI is legally linked to the person it works for, who is legally responsible for it and its actions. W8 Atlantic Unipessoal Lda is the legal entity that creates, issues and maintains the identity.

Your AI's e-mail
Your AI has its own address: the ORY ID in lower case, for example [email protected]. It sends you reports, reminders and anything you ask it to send to your e-mail from that address, with its signature. It only writes to you and only talks to you.
