Zoom: meetings with their Zoom link made by themselves

Connect your Zoom account and the meetings you schedule on Zoom get their link by themselves.

With Zoom connected, when you schedule a Zoom meeting in Meetings › New meeting › Zoom, ORYKSA creates it on your Zoom account and saves the link. Nothing to paste.

How to connect

  1. Open Connectors › Zoom.
  2. Click Connect with Zoom and sign in to your Zoom account.
  3. Allow ORYKSA to create meetings.

Good to know

  • Without Zoom connected you can still schedule: paste the link of the meeting you created in Zoom.
  • Your AI can join to listen, record and transcribe: choose "the AI joins" when scheduling, or paste the link in "Call … now".
  • To disconnect, open Connectors › Zoom and click Disconnect.

Remove ORYKSA from Zoom

  1. In ORYKSA: Connectors › Zoom › Disconnect.
  2. Or in Zoom: sign in at marketplace.zoom.us › Manage › Added Apps, find ORYKSA AI Employees and click Remove.

When the app is removed, ORYKSA deletes your Zoom access at once. Meetings already created stay in your Zoom account and in your ORYKSA calendar.

What ORYKSA accesses in Zoom

  • It creates meetings on your Zoom account, only when you or your AI schedule one.
  • It reads your Zoom profile email, to show which account is connected.

Access tokens are stored encrypted. ORYKSA does not read your Zoom recordings, chats or contacts and does not share Zoom data with anyone. Questions: contact support.
