Microsoft Teams: meetings with their Teams link made by themselves

With Microsoft Teams connected, when you schedule a Teams meeting in Meetings › New meeting › Microsoft Teams, ORYKSA creates the event in your Microsoft calendar with the Teams meeting and saves the link; guests get the invitation from your account.

How to connect

1. Open Connectors › Microsoft Teams.
2. Click Connect with Microsoft and sign in with your work or school account (Microsoft 365).
3. Allow ORYKSA to use the calendar and online meetings.

Good to know

• The automatic Teams link works with work or school accounts; with a personal account, paste the meeting link.
• Your AI can join to listen, record and transcribe.
• To disconnect, open Connectors › Microsoft Teams and click Disconnect.
