ORYKSA AI Help Center

Create your AI's Google account (to join Google Meet with name and photo)

A Google account with your AI's email: she joins Meet as herself and her photo shows in her emails.

With her own Google account, your AI joins Google Meet with her name and photo, joins without asking the meetings she is invited to (meetings ORYKSA creates already invite her) and her photo shows in the Gmail of whoever gets her emails.

1. Create the Google account with the AI's email

  1. In Your AI › ORY ID, copy the AI e-mail (for example [email protected]).
  2. Open accounts.google.com/signup (ideally in a private window) and choose For my personal use.
  3. Name: your AI's name (for example Clair).
  4. At the address step, choose Use your existing email and paste the AI's email.
  5. Google sends a code to that email: it shows up in Activities › Conversations (or the AI's mailbox button in Your AI). Copy the code into Google.
  6. Create a password and finish.
  7. In myaccount.google.com › Personal info, add your AI's photo and make it visible to Anyone.

2. Connect the account to ORYKSA

  1. Open Meetings and, in the Online meeting card, click Connect Google account.
  2. A window opens with your AI's browser on Google's sign-in page, with your AI's email already filled in: type only the password of her Google account. If Google asks for a code, it arrives in the AI's mailbox (Activities › Conversations).
  3. Click Done. The line now shows …'s Google account with the email.

You do this only once. Then the AI joins meetings by herself (5 minutes before or on time, as you choose for each meeting). To change or remove the account, click Disconnect.

Good to know

  • You type the password yourself, straight on Google's page.
  • The photo can take a few hours to show in Gmail.
  • Without a Google account the AI joins Meet as a guest and the host has to admit her; meetings of personal Gmail accounts may refuse guests without an account.
  • Zoom and Microsoft Teams don't need a Google account: paste the link in Meetings and the AI joins in the browser.
