Bot mode vs Personal mode (Telegram Business)

Telegram offers two distinct ways to connect ORYKSA AI:

1. Bot mode (default, free)

You create a bot via @BotFather and share its @username. Customers must message the bot directly. Your personal Telegram number is never used. Easy, free, no setup on the customer side.

Best for: public chat, support channels, communities.

2. Personal mode, Telegram Business (Premium required)

You activate Telegram Premium (~/mo) on your phone. Then in Telegram → Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots, you paste the bot @username. From then on, any contact who writes to your personal Telegram number is answered by the AI, exactly like WhatsApp Business. The bot acts on your behalf.

Best for: businesses where customers already message your personal Telegram number.

How to activate Personal mode

1. Connect your bot in ORYKSA first (paste the BotFather token)
2. On your phone, subscribe to Telegram Premium
3. Open Telegram → Settings (⚙️) → Telegram Business → Chatbots
4. Paste your bot @username (e.g. @mycompany_bot)
5. Done, ORYKSA AI now replies to all your personal contacts

You can switch this off any time from the same Telegram Business settings, without disconnecting the bot in ORYKSA.

This is 100% official Telegram functionality, no risk of account ban.
