ORYKSA AI Help Center

The n8n dashboard and its alerts

Runs, failures and interactions of every flow, alerts, and moving a flow from another AI to ORYKSA.

What you see

The n8n connector opens on Overview: how many automations you have, how many times they ran and failed in the last 7 days, and how many interactions your n8n spent in this period. The chart shows the interactions per day, by workflow. By workflow lists each one; tap its number to open the usage statement already filtered.

The other tabs: Automations (pause, resume, open in n8n, delete), Templates (pick one and ORYKSA builds it in your n8n), API and keys (the two keys, each with an eye and a copy button) and Settings.

Where the numbers come from

  • Interactions come from ORYKSA's own record.
  • Runs and failures come from your n8n. ORYKSA reads them every few minutes. If your n8n does not answer, the page opens anyway and says since when it has no reply.
  • Every workflow of your n8n is listed, including the ones you built yourself. ORYKSA only changes one of those if you select Move to ORYKSA and confirm.

Alerts

In Settings you choose what ORYKSA tells you about: a failure, an automation waiting for your approval, an automation paused or removed in n8n, and one summary a day at 9:00. You also choose which automations: all of your n8n, only the ones ORYKSA created, or none.

The bell is free and always on. Push, email and SMS are off until you turn them on, and each alert sent by them uses interactions, like the other notifications of your account.

Move a flow to ORYKSA

On the Automations tab, the Origin column says which AI each flow uses: created by ORYKSA, uses ORYKSA, uses another AI (with its name) or no AI. A flow that calls OpenAI or OpenRouter through an HTTP Request node shows the Move to ORYKSA button. The panel shows exactly what changes (the address and the credential of that node) and nothing is changed until you confirm. A copy of the flow is kept for 30 days: Undo the move puts it back as it was. If the flow uses one of the AI nodes that come with n8n, the panel shows three steps to do it by hand.

After the move, each answer of the model spends one interaction of your plan instead of being paid to the other provider.

Good to know

  • A workflow that keeps failing does not send you the same alert forever: after the third in a row it only appears in the daily summary, until it runs well again.
  • What you pause or delete from ORYKSA is not reported as news.
