Files on your computer: ORYKSA works on them with the Windows app

With the ORYKSA app for Windows, ORYKSA works on the files on your computer: she sorts folders by type, finds a document, reads and summarises a file, creates new folders and files, and changes, moves or deletes what you ask.

Only where you allow

• You choose the folders in the app settings (ORYKSA icon in the tray > Settings). With no folder allowed, she touches nothing.
• You can also ask by voice in the app itself: "allow my Downloads folder" or "stop using the Invoices folder". The computer always asks you to confirm.
• A folder is only allowed on the computer itself, never from another device.

How to ask

In the panel, in the chat, on your phone or by voice, for example: "sort my Downloads folder by type" or "find the March invoice". The task goes to your computer. The app must be open, and it can stay minimised in the tray.

Your OK before any change

Before she changes, moves or deletes a file, she asks for your OK. The request shows on the computer, in the chat that follows the task and as a notification. You answer from anywhere, by voice too: "yes", "no" or "approve everything in this task".

Safety

• Deleting always goes to the Recycle Bin, never a permanent delete.
• Before she changes a file, she keeps the previous version on your computer.
• Moving never writes over another file.
• She never leaves the allowed folders, and what is written inside a file never gives her orders.
