Connected devices: choosing where ORYKSA works

You can have the ORYKSA extension in several browsers and on several computers. So that the tasks you send from your phone land in the right place, each installation counts as a device with its own name.

Where to find your devices

Go to app.oryksa.com, open your account and look for Connected devices. Each row shows the name, the browser and whether it is online right now.

What you can do

• Use this one: marks where ORYKSA should work by default. It gets a star.
• Rename: give it a name you recognise ("Shop laptop", "Office PC").
• Disconnect: the extension on that computer signs out on its own and explains why. Use it if you lose a computer or stop using it.

How ORYKSA picks the device

In this order: the device you marked as default (if it is online), otherwise the one you were active on most recently. A task is delivered to one device only, so it never runs twice. If none is online, ORYKSA tells you instead of quietly queueing the request.
