Connect your n8n and let ORYKSA build the automations
You give the address and an API key of your n8n. ORYKSA creates ready-made automations there and turns them on for you.
What this is for
n8n is a tool that runs automations. If you have one but do not know how to build flows, ORYKSA builds them for you from ready-made models. You choose the model, ORYKSA creates it in your n8n and turns it on.
What you need
- Your own n8n, reachable on the internet with an address that starts with https://
- An API key of your n8n. We never ask for your n8n login or password.
On n8n Cloud the API does not work during the free trial.
Connect
- In your n8n, open Settings and then n8n API.
- Select Create an API key, give it a label and choose when it expires. If it asks for scopes, tick Workflow and executions and Credentials and variables.
- Copy the key.
- In ORYKSA, open Connectors and then n8n.
- Type the address of your n8n and paste the key. It is saved by itself.
The key is kept encrypted and stays in its field, hidden. Tap the eye to see it, or the copy button; only you, signed in to your account, can see it. To change it, paste the new one over it.
Create an automation
On the n8n connector page, on the Templates tab, choose one and select Create in my n8n. You can also ask in the chat, in your own words, for example: "send me a summary of my week every Monday at 9".
The automations available now:
- Weekly summary by email. Once a week ORYKSA emails you a summary of your bookings, leads, sales and conversations.
- New lead into the CRM. You get an address. Whatever sends a contact there (a form on your site, for example) is saved as a new lead in your Activities. Treat that address like a password: anyone who has it can create leads. To change it, delete the automation and create it again.
- Reply to new emails. Every few hours (4 at the least) ORYKSA writes the reply to the most recent email that needs one and asks for your approval. Needs Gmail connected in ORYKSA.
- Daily post on X. Every day ORYKSA writes a post about your subject and asks for your approval before publishing it. Text only. Needs X connected in ORYKSA.
There are also automations that use the nodes of n8n itself with your own accounts, with ORYKSA as the AI: a new YouTube video into a LinkedIn post, a new row in Google Sheets: classify it and a new file in Google Drive: summary by email. ORYKSA cannot connect your YouTube, Google or LinkedIn accounts inside n8n, so it creates these automations turned off: open the automation in your n8n, connect your accounts on the marked nodes and turn it on.
Nothing is sent without your yes
When an automation is going to send something to another person, ORYKSA first emails you what it wants to send, with a link. You open the link, read it and choose Yes, send it or No. If you do not answer within the hour, nothing is sent.
On the connector page there is a switch, Send without approval, turned off. If you turn it on, the automations send at once without asking you. Turn it on only if you trust what your flows send: anyone with access to your n8n can send in the name of your account.
What it uses
Each time an automation asks ORYKSA for something, it uses interactions of your plan, like in the app. Each automation shows how much it uses before you create it. An automation that checks your inbox uses one interaction every time it checks, even when there is nothing new, so choose how often with care.
The ORYKSA key for the flows you build yourself
On the connector page you find the API address (https://api.oryksa.com/v1) and the ORYKSA key for n8n. The key is hidden: tap the eye to see it, or the copy button. Use them in the flows you build by hand in your n8n, wherever they ask for OpenAI.
Generate new key cancels the current key and puts a new one in your n8n. The automations created by ORYKSA switch to it by themselves; the flows you built by hand with the old key stop until you give them the new one.
Pause or delete
On the Automations tab you can pause, resume or delete each automation ORYKSA created. Your other flows are only changed if you select Move to ORYKSA on one of them, and only after you confirm.
Disconnecting
When you disconnect n8n in ORYKSA, the automations ORYKSA created are paused and the key they use is cancelled. They stay in your n8n, paused. When you connect again you can turn them back on.
If something does not work
- The key was refused: it may be wrong or expired. Create a new one in n8n and paste it again.
- A firewall blocked ORYKSA: if your n8n is behind Cloudflare or another firewall, it may block the request before it reaches n8n. In the rules of the firewall, let through the requests to /api/v1 with the User-Agent ORYKSA.
- The address is not public: ORYKSA can only reach an n8n that is open to the internet.
- n8n does not allow it: the key needs the scopes Workflow and executions and Credentials and variables. On n8n Cloud the API does not work during the free trial.
- Created but not turned on: open the automation in your n8n to see what it is asking for.
